Shipping & Delivery
All prices listed do not include delivery and installation charges.  We do provide delivery and installation with applicable charges.  There are three types of delivery services that we provide.

1. Bronze: Delivery to your desired room

2. Silver: Delivery to your room with setup

3. Golden: Delivery to your room with setup and garbage collection

Returns & Replacements
After you place the order, you can change or cancel any time before delivery, please be noted that we will charge 25% of the amount for the restocking fee.
After the order is shipped, if you change your mind, you can still return or change the product within 3 days, we will charge 50% of the amount for the restocking fee, and the delivery and installation charge will be the extra. 
 
Ordering
You can find all the price and stock information for each items, and we also provide free furniture consultation service to help you choose the right furniture.
After you figure out the items you wanted, then please call us or send us the email, we will prepare the quotation for your approval and then place the order.. 
We request a 50% deposit with every purchases and the full payment would be made upon delivery.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We receive your payment by email transfer, cheque or cash. 
All the pricing listed on our website are Retailed Price, and we offer the discount based on that.
 
Warranty
All the furniture that we sell are brand new and carry the manufacturer’s warranty.  There is one year warranty (except the mattress) for residential furniture.  Most of the manufacturer warranty however is only limited warranty that does not cover any wear and tear.  With that in mind, please report any deficiencies or issues with the product on delivery of receiving.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay freight on any components or furniture return and delivery.
